SALES STRATEGY REVIEW – Telecommunications

Deliveri was engaged by a leading telco to help address a range of structural and operational challenges – misalignment between a business unit and the wider organisation had led to confusion over priority focus areas.

Stakeholders were interviewed to surface key issues and drive buy-in. Combined with a cultural assessment of ‘how things get done’ within the organisation, Deliveri recommended a phased approach to reconfiguring the business unit. This achieved some quick wins within the group, paving the way for broader structural changes to help the business unit better serve the needs of the business and its customers.


Deliveri recently assisted a leading NSW University produce an RFT for replacement and upgrade of strategic information and data storage capabilities.

We also helped another leading NSW Education facility re-engineer after-hours problem communication processes, to ensure that concise, timely, and corporately endorsed messages are published appropriately.


Deliveri assisted a global services company to fine tune its value proposition for the go to market process. A value proposition development process beginning with a workshop was performed to help bring more cohesion and uniformity to the group responsible for articulating the proposition in the market.

Several specific and compelling value ideas were identified and crafted into example proposition to carry forward for marketing content.

MARKET INNOVATION – Services Marketing Transformation

A global professional services client under new Market leadership required a complete strategic review of its function. New competency models, content development processes, strategy and governance/ communications models were developed in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
